Here at MassHaus we pride ourselves with a high level of customer service and do our upmost to make your experienvce from start to finish run as smoothly as we can.
We oftern receieve many questions about graphics. Wether its's artwork dimensions, bleed sizes or image quality. So here is our cheat sheet for you to refer to:
Logos
All logos need to be provided as either a . Ai or a .Eps file. These file types allow for your logo to be scaled to anysize without it pixelating.
Imagery
As we are generally printing images between 2400mm H and 4000mm H we ask for all imagery to be sent across at 300dpi. Our design team will work with you to make sure that your imagery is of a high enough resolution for the height of your graphics.
All images that are sent across within a piece of artwork need to be embeded
Bleeds
What is a graphic bleed? In the print design world, bleed is printing that goes beyond the edge of where the sheet will be trimmed.
As we generally work with large format prints such as banner wraps we use the bleed area to wrap and staple your graphics around the walls. We ask for 100mm bleed to be added to all sides of your artwork.
